This is the Module where we will dive into St. Hildegard's medicine and personal guidance for our lives. Module 4 has 7 mini films. As always, I encourage you to enjoy each film at your leisure over the course of this next week. The first step is to watch all the films so you have the overview. Bring your questions and/or comments to our first Zoom Coaching Call on August 6th. We will be going into our kitchens this month to make two of St. Hildegard's healing remedies. Find your aprons! Also, in this Module I am inviting you to listen deeply to what St. Hildegard has to say to you directly to help you heal and/or transform your life. This is an intimate and powerful and yummy module. Here we go!

I invite you to watch this video the first time just taking in the beauty of the images and St. Hildegard's words.
Then go back and watch it again, with your journal and some colored pens or markers handy. Listen with your heart.
See if there is one particular piece of this final part of St. Hildegard's story that especially speaks to you.
Write down the points that especially move you and then explore in writing why these words move you.
